Overview

We’re on the hunt for a full-time Facility Coordinator (Alternate Shift) in Toms River, NJ, who thrives on a more unconventional schedule!

As our Facility Coordinator (Alternate Shift), you’ll be the master of maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors when they need us most during alternative business hours. About the Job – What You’ll Do:

  • Be the superhero of emergency requests on evenings and weekends
  • Rock the evening shifts with independence and autonomy
  • Work with site managers and vendors to tackle emergency service and maintenance needs
  • Provide detailed notes and photos for management
  • Onboard and manage vendors, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and SLAs are followed
  • Keep clients in the loop throughout the entire job or task
  • Handle project pricing with precision, ensuring budgets stay on target
  • Showcase your impressive time management skills and excel at prioritizing workloads
  • Handle our fast-paced office and call center environment with ease
  • Keep the energy high with positive communication with vendors, clients, and team members
  • Seek clarification when needed and signal for backup when needed

 

This job is an on-call, full-time role that primarily takes place on the weekends and evenings. This role is a hybrid of in-office time and remote days. Training will be held in person during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., during the first few months in our Toms River, NJ office.

About the Job – What You’ll Do:

  • Handle scheduling maintenance requests with ease
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients
  • Keep meticulous documentation in our database
  • Manage daily work order requests from clients
  • Follow-up with clients and vendors
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and with a smile
  • Manage our work order system by keeping everything up to date
  • Keep the energy high with positive communication with vendors, clients, and team members

 

This job is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch break (because we gotta refuel!). We do our best to limit it, and these requirements are subject to change, but approximately once per quarter, we require a Saturday shift, and approximately twice per month, we require a mid-shift (10 a.m. – 7 p.m.). Once you’re in the swing of things, alternate shifts are available!
